11. Parlatum Publica (TikTok Scheduling Tool)

Parlatum Publica is a free tool, available at parlatum.us/tik-tok-content-publisher, that lets you schedule and publish your own videos to your own TikTok account through TikTok's official Content Posting API. These additional terms apply when you use it. Parlatum Publica is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, and TikTok is a trademark of its owner.

• Your account and TikTok's rules. You must be at least 13 years old and connect only a TikTok account that you own or are authorized to manage. You must follow TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Music Usage Confirmation and, when you disclose commercial content, TikTok's Branded Content Policy. You are responsible for the settings you choose, including privacy, interactions and commercial content disclosure.
• Your content. Upload only videos that you created or that you have the right to publish. Do not use Parlatum Publica to copy content from other creators or platforms without permission, or to publish content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, harassing or spam. You keep all rights in your videos. You give us a limited permission to store a video temporarily, process it and send it to TikTok, only as you instruct.
• Scheduling. When you press Publish or Schedule, you confirm that we may send the video to TikTok at the time you chose. We do our best to publish on time but we cannot guarantee exact timing. TikTok may delay, limit or reject a post, for example because of daily posting limits, video format rules or its own review, and we are not responsible for those decisions.
• Limits. To keep the service free and fair, videos are limited to 500 MB and 10 minutes, and the number of pending uploads and scheduled posts per person is limited. We may change these limits.
• Disconnecting and deleting your data. You can disconnect your TikTok account or delete your account and data at any time from the Settings page. Disconnecting revokes our permission on TikTok and cancels your pending posts. You can also remove the permission from your TikTok app settings.
• Suspension and changes. Parlatum Publica is free and has no service level commitment. We may change, suspend or end it, and we may suspend an account that breaks these Terms or TikTok's rules, or if TikTok withdraws our access.
• Warranties and liability. Sections 7 and 8 above also apply to Parlatum Publica, which is provided "as is".
